William Allen Bell, known as Bill, passed away on December 27, 2023, at the age of 63 in Albany, New Hampshire. Bill was born on February 22, 1960.
Bill was a force to be reckoned with. He fought for 9 years against a cancer diagnosis that gave him six months to a year to live. His determination to beat the odds was summed up in a statement from his dedicated oncologist “You’re a miracle Bill” His love for family and friends was unmatched. His zest for life will live on through all who were lucky enough to know him.
Bill is survived by his loving daughter, Jennifer Bell, his sister Susan Martel, his brothers Wayne Bell and Micheal Bell. He also leaves behind many nieces and nephews. Special thanks to his companion Lynn Burris for her dedication and love alongside her daughter Tanya Marquis, son Steven Marquis, grandchildren Christopher, Eden and Griffin who he loved like family. Their devotion made it possible for him to spend his final chapter as “Mayor of Bald Hill” and stay in his home surrounded by the people, pets, and things he loved so much. Special mention to Charles Allen for being a wonderful part of Bills later years and bringing a joy that only he could bring.
Bill was preceded in death by his son, Robbie Bell, as well as his brothers Robert Bell, Paul Bell, David Bell, Thomas Bell, and his sister Pamela Jackson.
A ceremony to honor Bill's life will be held Saturday January 6th 12-2 at Furber & White Funeral Home, located at 2925 White Mountain Hwy, North Conway, NH. Celebration of life to follow 2-6 at the American Legion post 46, 47 Tasker Hill Rd, Conway NH.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Bill's memory to Jens Friends Cancer Foundation. Bill had a deep appreciation for all of their love and support over the years. Your contribution would be a fitting tribute to his memory.
