Thomas Murray

Thomas H. Murray III, 65, of North Conway died Wednesday December 9, 2009 at the Memorial Hospital in North Conway. Born in Washington, DC, the son of Thomas and Barbara (O'Malley) Murray II, he grew up in Easton, CT and had lived in Longmeadow, MA for thirteen years and Nashville, TN for ten years prior to moving to North Conway last June.

He graduated from Lafayette College in Easton, PA and was a US Air Force veteran of the Vietnam War.

Mr. Murray had been Assistant Director for the National Ski Areas Association, Director of Marketing with Group W Communications and The Nashville Network and he had also been Director of Marketing and Promotions of Gibson Guitars.

He was an avid surfer, skier and he enjoyed photography.

The family includes, his beloved son, T. Holt Murray IV and his wife Cortney of Stow, MA; his beloved daughter, Heather W. Murray and her husband David Romiza of East Sandwich, MA; two beloved grandchildren, Taylor Murray and Sawyer Murray, both of Stow, MA; his beloved sister, Susan Weinstock and her husband Elliot of Sherborn, MA and a beloved niece and nephew.

A memorial service will be held in Massachusetts at a later date.
