Roy Estey

Roy D. Estey, 33, of North Conway died May 7, 2010 at Big Pea Porridge Pond in Madison. Born in Portsmouth, the son of Roy and Karen (Thompson) Estey, he had lived in the Mount Washington Valley for the past 22 years.

Roy had been employed in the Maintenance Department at Memorial Hospital for the past ten years.

He was an avid fisherman and hunter.

The family includes his fiancé, Jenny Protasowicki of North Conway; his son, Roy W. Estey of North Conway; his mother, Karen E. Estey of Conway; his sister, Rebecca Smullen of Center Conway and his brother, Russell Estey of Massachusetts.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Donations may be sent to the Roy W. Estey Memorial Fund, c/o TD Bank, P.O. Box 1576, Conway, NH 03818.

The Furber and White Funeral Home in North Conway is in charge of arrangements.
