Robert J. Barriault (90) of Conway, New Hampshire passed away at his home on February 24, 2026 due to complications related to Parkinson’s disease, surrounded by his family. Robert was raised in Nashua, New Hampshire and spent many summers in North Conway. He graduated from the University of New Hampshire as a chemical engineer, and enjoyed a long and productive career at Kodak in Rochester, New York. He was predeceased by his parents Robert and Leona. He is survived by his wife of 65 years Sandy, his daughter Lisa, son-in-law Tom, granddaughter Georgia, brother Gary, numerous brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews, and his good friend George. Robert and Sandy enjoyed a wonderfully active and long retirement. They enjoyed fishing, hiking, skiing, and snowshoeing in the White Mountains. They also continued playing golf and travelling, pastimes they enjoyed their entire lives. The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all the local friends, neighbors, and caregivers who shared their time, labor, and talent to help Bob and Sandy these past few years. The burden was immeasurably lighter, and they will always cherish the time and friendship you shared with them. The family is planning a private ceremony honoring Robert’s life to be held in the Spring.
