Peter Wallace

Peter B. Wallace, 64, of Conway passed away July 13, 2010 at the Maine Medical Center in Portland, Maine following a long illness. Born in Portland, ME on July 26, 1945, he was predeceased by his parents, Willard and Pauline (Tenney) Wallace and a sister, Jackie Waterhouse.
Peter will be remembered by those who loved him for his love of music, decorating of his home and sharing his many adventures going cross country several times with his best friend Sonny Lewis of Maine. Peter will also be remembered for his witty sense of humor that he had right to the end of his short life.
He is survived by his long time friend Ellen Haley of Conway; his son, David Bickford and his wife Michelle of North Yarmouth, ME and he will be missed by his extended family, Scott Twombly and his wife Christine of New Port Richey, FL, Lisa Jones and her husband Kevin of North Conway, Brent Twombly of North Conway, Nicole and Jesse Lent, Craig, Hilary and Emily Twombly of Florida and his "best buddy" Dexter Drouin of North Conway.
Graveside services will be held Wednesday July 21, 2010 at 10 a.m. in the North Conway Cemetery with the Rev. Dr. Donald F. Derse, officiating. There will be no visiting hours.
