Gordon Burke, Jr of North Conway, NH and Lynchburg, VA met his Lord and Savior on December 18, 2025, surrounded by his loved ones. He will be greatly missed but we rejoice knowing he is completely healed and free from pain. Growing up, Gordon loved going to camp with his family, fishing, and hunting. As an adult, he pastored several churches and loved talking about his Savior and the Bible to anyone and everyone. Gordon’s greatest joys were: studying the Bible, spending time with his family, playing with his cat, and doing puzzles and Legos with his granddaughter, whom he adored and made him so proud. Gordon is predeceased by his parents, Gordon and Evelyn Burke, and four children and a grandbaby whom he has never met. We know he is having a wonderful reunion with many family and friends who have gone before him. Gordon is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Mary, his daughter Rachel, son-in-law Brendan, and granddaughter Aurora. He is also survived by his two brothers, Curt and Tom Burke, and three sisters, Julie Hoyle, Terry Covey and Camilla Rowan, along with several nieces and nephews. Services to be held in the Spring.
