Frederick Tobin

Frederick S. Tobin, 67, of Conway passed away December 6, 2009 at his home.

Fred was born and raised in Beverly, MA and lived for many years in Peabody, MA before moving to North Conway in 1982. He and his wife ran the former Ledgewood Inn in North Conway for several years before he went to work for the school department prior to his retirement. He also worked at North Conway Wholesale and did so until several months ago.

He is survived by his son, Stephen Tobin of Conway and his sister and brother-in-law, Marguerite "Bonnie" and Ken Lewis of Hamilton, MA.

He is predeceased by his wife Marylou and his parents, James and Levina Tobin.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.

The Furber and White Funeral Home in North Conway is in charge of arrangements.
