Fei Sun

Sun Fei "Sunny", 31, of Center Conway, went home to be with his Lord and Savior Monday, October 15,2012 in a tragic accident .He was born in Liaoning, China. He came to America in September of 1999 to attend New Life Christian Academy in Fryeburg, Maine. After high school, he went to Hollywood, Florida for a semester of community college and then to Rhode Island in 2001,to attend Zion Bible College for two years. He then returned to Center Conway and renewed many friendships in the place he considered home.

He is survived by his parents, Sun Yuchegn and Liu Zhongyan of Liaoning, China, his extended American Family, who he considered his parents, Robert and Donna Sawyer of Center Conway, New Hampshire, his fiancé, Crystal Chaplin of Brownfield, Maine, whom he had just asked to marry him on October 10th,many aunts, uncles and cousins and many "relatives" both Chinese and American, and too many friends to number. He was also called "Uncle Sun"," Sunny "and "Sunshine", and they all fit him very well. His smile was contagious and he always lit up a room. He could never pass up a good mirror. He loved people and loved to help in any way that he could. He was one of the most kind, friendly, helpful, generous, loving and outgoing people anyone could meet. He had a zeal for life and learning. He tried to learn as much as he could about things he was interested in, which were numerous. Some of his passions were increasing his knowledge of the English language, snowmobiling, skiing, ice-skating, golf, swimming, acting, biking, and, of course, his new fiancé.

He was a member of White Mountain Aquatic Center, Ski Meisters and Arts in Motion where he performed in "Little Shops of Horror", and was currently in the cast of the "Murder Mystery Train". He attended Fryeburg Assembly of God in Fryeburg, ME for years, and most recently The Journey Church in Conway, NH. He was employed at East Conway Self Storage and will be missed by staff and costumers alike.
