Dorothy Mayhofer

Dorothy M. Mayhofer, 86, of Madison died November 8, 2012 at the Merriman House in North Conway. Born in Westfield, MA, the daughter of John and Mary (McCracken) Watson, she lived in Sharon, MA for 35 years prior to moving to Madison in the late 1980's.
Mrs. Mayhofer was a member of the Madison Garden Club and had been a volunteer at the Madison Library for several years.
The family includes her husband of 57 years, Earl E. Mayhofer of Madison; two sons, Earl E. Mayhofer, Jr. of Bourne, MA and Lance W. Mayhofer of Roseville, CA; a granddaughter, Laura Mayhofer of Roseville, CA; and a sister, Phyllis Sears of Shelburne.
The Furber and White Funeral Home in North Conway is in charge of arrangements.
