David W. Wilson

David W. Wilson (Dave), 79 of Center Conway, NH, passed away peacefully on Oct 26, 2024 wrapped in the love of his family and the staff of Merriman House in North Conway. He was born May 12, 1945 in Dover NH, the son of Edward and Emily Wilson. Dave was raised in Dover NH, where he attended Dover High School graduating with the class of 1964. After graduation, Dave served in the United States Army from Aug 1964 until August 1967. He was very active with Center Conway Baptist Church, which he helped start in 1992. Throughout his working career, he owned a flooring company, drove trucks and worked at a few retail stores. Predeceased by his parents, sister Beverly Downs and brother Philip Wilson and daughter Karen. Survived by his wife, Beverly (Conway) of 59 years, his son David (married to April), daughter Deborah. Three granddaughters, Tatyanna Kay (married to Micheal), Gabrielle Johnson, Abigail Johnson. Two great grandsons, Ryder and Weston Kay. He also leaves behind his two brothers, Edward and Donald. Several nieces and nephews. Since February of 2019, Dave had been a resident of Merriman House. His family would like to recognize the staff for their endless care, love and support. Also to recognize is the Hospice Staff that had been caring for Dave since June 2024. Arrangements were made through Furber Funeral Home and Cremation service. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to Merriman House Activities Department.
