Diane Claire Cote

On Sunday, March 24, 2024 Diane C (Boucher) Cote passed away peacefully at the age of 77. Diane was the daughter of Florette (L’Heureux) and Arthur Boucher. She lived in Berlin most of her life, graduating from Notre Dame High School. Shortly after she graduated, Diane married Paul Cote also of Berlin, NH. They moved to Gorham after a few years of marriage and that is where they raised their daughters, Donna and Paula. They enjoyed 50 years of marriage together and she has now been reunited with him in heaven; Paul passed away in 2016. Diane worked for over 14 years in the SAU 20 school system in Gorham, NH. She started in the cafeteria at the Edward Fenn Elementary School then transitioned to the Gorham High School as a Teacher’s Aide in the Special Education Program. She was a woman of faith who taught CCD for many years and enjoyed attending mass each week. She enjoyed knitting, cooking, going to the ocean and spending time with family. She welcomed her transition to heaven to be with the Lord. Diane will be greatly missed by her surviving family members, daughter Donna (Cote) Cupka and her husband Tim Cupka, daughter Paula (Cote) Jolin and her husband Robert Jolin and their children Andrew Jolin and Nathalie Jolin. Her greatest joy were her grandchildren, they were the light of her life, she was and will always be so very proud of them. She leaves behind her brother Donald Boucher and his wife Doreen and their daughter Kristen (Boucher) Jutras and her husband Alan Jutras and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Arrangements were made by Furber Funeral home and Cremation services and a memorial mass will be held on April 12, 2024 at 1 pm at Our Lady of the White Mountains Church in North Conway, NH. Interment at the Holy Family cemetery in Gorham, NH will be scheduled at a later date.
